Unique and elegant French highly decorative large bronze sculpture from the Art Deco period. The bronze sculpture represents a scene of a hippocampus standing upright on a sea bed decorated with tall seaweed, two fish and starfish. The sculpture has acquired a beautiful vert-de-gris patina commensurate with age.
