Set of 6 1950s Danish Rosewood dining chairs designed by Knud Færch and manufactured by Slagelse Møbelfabrik. Model 343. The chairs are upholstered in white leather which is in very good condition. Two of the chairs have some historical repairs at the frame which has been repaired by a furniture restorer but they are weakened by this process. This has therefore been reflected in their price but overall they're in very good vintage condition. The chairs are beautifully made with stunning details where the backrests connect to the supports. The grain of the wood is particularly highlighted on the backrests and the legs.
This set would make an impressive addition to any modern dining environment. An iconic chair by one of the best Danish designers from the modern era.
